Like we already told, GTA is an open-world game. That means you can just ignore the storyline altogether and do whatever comes to mind. For instance, you can go out into the street and steal all the cars you like and then race on them and crash into the nearest wall. You can buy a gun and terrorize the city. You can become the most wanted criminal in the neighborhood, with the entire police on your tail.
